"We live out of state. We were looking for a place where we can go to relax and experience different activities from where we live. We found Suzanne and Ryan through a friend. After several conversations, we were given a list of more than 10 available options. When we flew into Asheville, we spent several hours looking at those options. Ryan was very informative and accommodating. Once we went back home, he continued to search for us when our offer for a particular condo was turned down. There was constant contact either through text, calls or emails. Once he found a place for us and our offer was accepted, both Ryan and Suzanne guided us through our next steps. They, more or less , held our hand as we walked the the process of closing, getting in touch with a lawyer, filling out paperwork, getting our keys and who we needed to contact for utilities.
